Camp Policies <top>

Welcome to ORCA English Adventures! To ensure that your stay is rewarding and enjoyable, there are a few guidelines to follow:

  1. Possession or consumption of illegal drugs or alcohol (if under 19) will not be tolerated. We have a 100% no-tolerance policy. Offending participants will be sent home without refund.

  2. The hotel accommodation must be respected as though it is your own home. If the room or contents are damaged in any way, the damage will be charged to the participants, and in the case of willful damage, the offender will be dismissed from camp. There will be an additional charge if extra housekeeping is required for filthy rooms.

  3. Any behavior considered as a safety hazard to self or others will not be permitted, and may result in participants being sent home.

  4. The camp will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen valuables or equipment.

  5. No refunds will apply to participants sent home for violation of camp rules.

  6. You will be informed about the safety procedures of each activity before the activity. It is very important that you listen carefully and ask questions if you do not understand.

  7. ENGLISH ONLY – You are here to improve your English. Therefore, ORCA English Adventures has a strict “English Only” policy which will be enforced.
